So...Style over substance
Not sure if there's a topic already for this, but how would this "translate" into gameplay?
Through customization options, dressing style, "looking the part", when required and in regular dialogue: that's pretty straightforward.
Finished Saints Row(s) recently, and the phrase, kind of rings the bell there. Player had..unorthodox methods of resolving missions( but that whole series has gone over ). It also had you choosing taunts/compliments/emotes that you play around with and give some "attitude" to your character.
Dialogue options, especially for charismatic players, could take a more down to earth, street "slang", displaying strong confidence/resolve.
Would be pretty interesting if missions had "secret" alternate routes that would display player's cunning and resourcefulness, similar to Hitman. But this would require a ton of work, already on top of classical rpg routes.
