First of all I THINK this is the right subforum since it's a very general non story related question.
Acts, or balance of content is my question... is it me (only watched let's plays of things further than Act I so far) that after the game opens up it seems you can do like 95% of side content in Act II, and it seems most players do. Does this mean Act III becomes as short as Act I? I am not being critical but it seems an odd choice; but then I recall old classic CRPGs had this issue, didn't they? Baldurs gate I: Prologue and maybe the first Inn (act I), the rest of the game (act II), a few selected quests and the ending (act III).
Point of the question is basically: Is there a point of leaving some side content to act III?
