All Menus are 16:9 - Black Bars all around with 21:9 streaming

Hey CDPR,

please update all the menus to support 21:9. If you stream or record the game, the recording of any menu looks like it has black bars on all four sides if watched on a 16:9 screen (like 99% of most audiences do).
