Been wondering this for a while now and just recently started testing some of the perks involving the brawler tree. Found that the stamina reduction stuff does work (15% reduction per two main blunt perks) but it's really hard to test the damage gained if gorilla arms actually affects bash since there are so many moving parts that it's hard to do a straight up equipped/unequipped comparison.
