Bug Hacking impossible, F key inactive

Hello,
With 2.0 I restarted the game. But when I get to the tutorial, I'm unable to hack the door, when I scan, the F key gives nothing and I can't hack.

My investigation revealed that the problem could be linked to the mods. Since I'd used them a few years ago, I decided to do a complete clear installation.

But when I rebooted, the problem persisted.

I don't know what to do.

If not, please follow these steps - point 4 is especially important if you modded the game in the past. Then reinstall the game.

If you already did that:

Is your F key bound to something else? Try doing a reset on your key bindings.

When you reinstalled, did you reload the game you had already started or you started over again? If you reloaded the game, you're barely 20 minutes in, try starting over completely. It's possible whatever bug is there you simply carried over.
