[Bug] - Life During Wartime quest bug

Hello,

I'm playing through the Panam missions and in the Life During Wartime quest I'm having an issue with not being able to complete one of the optional objectives due to a bug.

When the AV goes down and you take control of the drone I can scan all the Optional Objectives except the find Mitch one. I can point the camera at Mitch and it will pick up that he's there, show his info, but won't actually trigger that I've scanned him.

It's obviously not game breaking but is annoying that I can't complete the optional objectives when I'm doing it correctly.

If you have a save just before, you can try "my" order who always work on my side.
And important, waiting the end of dialogue lines between each scan (don't scan anything when Panam is talking).
- Scan the destroyed cars.
- Scan the "flying robot".
- Scan the AV.
- Scan the corps (I'm not sure there are a dialogue lines).
- Wait for Mitch appear (yellow glowing) and scan him.
- Scan the "regular" Ken Tao robots.
