bugged on the final missions

Its called totalimmortal and I have to give a testimony to arasaka board but nothing is happening, I can walk around the jungle but no dialouge options and the npcs dont do anything. I dont have a previous save, because I overwrote my save to relog to try to fix it but its still broken and now my previous checkpoint is overwritten. PLEASE HELP IM STUCK IN JUNGLE AND SHE DONT WALK DOWN THE STAIR

I clear many save games but same situation...

Have you checked the OP's date? Anyway, this particular bug can only be remedied by using a previous game save. But before that, try calling that character, or another of your contacts. Can also try to walk back to the beginning of that stage. Maybe there's a trigger point you missed.
