You need to be interested in making games as part of a large team. Most of all, you need to be fluent in both Polish and English and have a strong familiarity with Sapkowski's novels. If you are familiar as well with the Witcher PnP role playing game - so much the better.Any other skills in 2d art, 3d art and scripting are all to the good: but the most important skill is a high degree of fluency in English and Polish.
