I'm writing here because I can't find any way to contact CDPR and I don't want to refund my game. The story is I've bought Cyberpunk 2077 PS4 in Media Markt in Poland. After the opening, I saw that one of the documentation holders and one of the second disc holders are broken. The shop won't replace my game because digital memory is not refundable. I sent an email to refundme email by CDPR but the only option there is to refund the game what I don't want to do. Can someone help me with how I can contact CDPR to kindly just replace my box? I have a receipt and photos from the day I bought it (I sent them an email with those photos one day later).
