Game crash "Device Removed Reason: 0x887a0006"

+
Game keep crashing with this same line in the crash report (It also says A BUNCH of other stuff, but i don't know which part is important)
I'm not a tech savvy person, i tried everything i could find that i was able to do myself.
This is the only game in which i have this issue.
Could not find where to contact CDPR proper tech support (do they have one, even?)

I'll provide any info needed if request, i just have no idea what's relevant.

Help, please?

Hi,
There is a support website (you can change language at the bottom if you want/need to).
Be sure you tried everything suggested by the support and if nothing work, contact them directly ("contact us" button)

I've looked into all the proposed solutions, none worked. I've not spotted the "Contact us" button, but i'll look for it again, more thoroughly.
Still, if anyone has experience with this issue and managed to resolve it, i would really appreciate it.

About your issue, from what I saw around the web, it's generally due to graphic cards, drivers especially.
I assume you tried to cleanly reinstall them as suggested by the support?
NVIDIA
I. Download the latest Game Ready drivers using the following link: https://www.geforce.com/drivers
II. Download Display Driver Uninstaller and run it to remove previous versions of drivers.
III. Clean install drivers that you've downloaded in step 1.
AMD
I. Uninstall your graphics drivers using the AMD Cleanup Utility software.
II. Download and clean install the latest drivers from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support

I've tried a clean reinstall of my drivers and the game, cleared cache, Direct X and all manner of other things.
Could you post the link to this page with the 'contact us' button? Because for some reason or another i simply cannot find it on the CDPR tech support page.

The page I posted previously, at the bottom right (need help? > Contact us)

I been battling with this issue since yesterday, and I think today i eventually seemed to have resolved the issue. All the standard resolutions provided did not work - i.e. going to folders in the local data and clearing them out, did a reinstall as well, disable all overlays, etc. Did all the windows healthchecks as well (SFC /Scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, did the steam installation validation around 10 times or more since yesterday.

I checked the event viewer on windows which was showing alot of live kernel events and also some crashes on redlauncher (Steam version) and some of it related to trying to access memory locations that its not supposed to be accessing

Eventually, what I did today was:

1. Used a .net installation repair tool.
2. uninstalled the latest VC Redistributable for x86 and x64 (think i had the 2015 - 2022 version. Downloaded and then reinstalled the latest version. 3. Since i am running a Radeon 7900XT, i updated the drivers to the latest version available, which currently is 25.6.3 (despite it still having the known issue of cyberpunk crashing).
4. Rebooted my machine, and went into the bios and switched off the XMP Memory profile (and i think this is what did it)

I didnt individually test each item above - i was at a point where i was just so annoyed with a game that was working fine to suddenly stop working without warning - I did all at once and after booting back up into windows, the now no longer flatlined!!! I have been playing now for the past 2 hours or so and have not experienced a crash - as yet (hoping that I wont).

Hope the above will help somebody - my system specs is Ryzen 7 5800X3D CPU, 32gbs of Ram, XFX 7900XT.
