I have simple suggestion, CDPR

As journalists said this game will have lots of MATURE content including violence, wide erotic scenes, etc.
But one thing I really worried for thinking about cyberpunk game where transhumanism became real are actual character genitals.
As me and my friend from France thought about this topic in transhumanism cyberpunk should be several types of genitals which we must be able to choose apart from body type creating our charater:
- male genitals
- female genitals
- male&female genitals
- no genitals at all
- animal genitals
- alien form genitals
- wired pleasure connectors to have brain sex with your partner
- double genitals [contributed by 227]

Please, CDPR, add genital customisation in release.

Really, this is just an option in character customisation tab that could make some romantic choices easier or not and yet this will add a lot of cyberpunk material in the game.

Because genital customization is irrelevant to the game. Simple as that. Why would they bother adding genital customization to the game when it has 0 relevance to the story or gameplay. You cannot see your genitals 99.9% of the time you're playing. You're probably not even going to see them during sex scenes. They're making a mature game, not a porn game.

But it is not. Again, we know that there will be several choices in romantic routine with NPCs. And we also know that there must be mature content. How can you imagine your relationships with an android with traditional genitals? You will need at least plasure wire or cybernetic neo-genitals.

I think that possibility to chose with whom you can sleep in the game and with whom you can not will add more ways to replay this game. First time I was normal human, then I became androgyne and so on.
This may be included in the game just like pre-story customisation of your character, there is no need to add actual modelled genitals on the character model.
