After choosing to help Reed, not Songbird, and go to the Militech underground facility, I can't jump, i can't perform any actions at all.

After seeing the huge gate with black wall magic stuff, i can't even jump to go through this vent. I can't run, I can't draw weapons, i cant do anything.
Someone else is experiencing the same problem? I saw some walkthrough and realized that Johnny shouldn't even be there:
