when in menus and using gamepad, you can use down to scroll to the bottom of a list and using down one more time will wrap around to the top of the list. on the other hand... you can't use up to wrap around to the bottom of the list.
please either disable wrap around completely or fix it so we can move properly from the top to bottom by using up like it currently works when at the bottom and using down.
