Hey everyone.

I'll do my best to avoid spoilers here, because my bug is literally at the end of the Arasaka game ending and stops any progression dead in it's tracks.
THE BUG:
Has anyone run into this bug where you get off the surgery chair in the Arasaka Clinic and a man is advised to lead you to your private quarters to rest, but he takes a 180 degree turn, then walks through the clinic doorway and stops RIGHT in the doorway.
I literally cannot progress any further because all interaction stops. The yellow 'Exclamation Mark' to show you where you need to go for your mission is on top of this mans head because you are supposed to follow him, but frustratingly he just stands firm in the doorway and does nothing. Even If I beat him to the doorway and get outside the surgery room, he still glitches out in the same doorway and I cannot progress, because my mission is to follow this man so I can get to my private quarters and progress further.
Any advice would be appreciated, It's literally game breaking and so annoying.
