My FPS goes to 9-10 when i look to NPC's in Cyberpunk 2077

Someone can help me, please? After some updates, i have some issues, like, when i look to NPC's in the game, my FPS goes to 10 and get extremely laggy, but, before the update, i was getting 30-35 FPS.

My PC specs:

Ryzen 3 2200G
RX 570 4GB
8GB RAM 2400MHZ

Observation: if i am posting this in the wrong section of the forum, my apologies.
