Question about the Pre-Order

I pre-ordered the game at GOG and i have a 30 day refund period.

Is that 30 days at the moment i bought it? Or is it when the game is released?

the reason i ask this is bcz.. we STILL DONT KNOW THE MIN SYS SPECS!!
and i dont want to buy a game i can not play.....

Considering that it is to run on current-gen consoles probably a good measure for minimum specs would be the console specs or just under them. short of an official announcement of what requirements are to be will be the most accurate.
