I have a question about Meredith Stout body that we can find underwater. From what I saw on YouTube there's small comment from Johnny during this activity. But what happen If is see the body before first Johnny mission?
Not sure Meredith appear before Act 2.
And even if it's the case, it would be like all the GIG/quests in Watson during which Johnny make comments if you complete them during Act 2, there is no Johnny comments.
(if I remember, some GOGs/quests had bugs which make Johnny appear/comment during Act 1 while he should because not in V's head yet^^)

In my 1.3x experience, missed appearances of Johnny remain missed. It hasn't been a biggie.
On a side note, it's pretty gruesome way those gangs and corps handle those who make mistakes. Value of human life must be at a historic low in 2077 per the game. Nowadays such acts go with criminals, not corporations.
