Red Launcher error

+
Greetings!

I have started to play Cyberpunk 2077 some time ago through Steam. Recently I purchased an SSD drive and did a complete system clean (format, new windows etc.). After re-installing Cyberpunk every time I launch it I get a huge stutter after which I get this error message

"The instruction at 0x0000000000000000. referenced memory at 0x0000000000000000. The memory could not be written."

I tried to verify files from Steam, nothing changed, tried to re-install the launcher. It is a specific thing for Cyberpunk, every other game runs and starts just fine. After that error it launches the game and it works normally. But I don't know why it bricks up PC for a min every time I launch it.

I would assume (just as a consumer, I have no experience) that it has to be something with Red Launcher. I already have 107 hours in game and I played it without SSD fine. Ever since I did a fresh install and got an SSD this problem occurs. But once I do get into a game it runs perfectly fine.
