Trend Micro doesn't seem to like manually deleting saves.

I was just clearing out some old manual saves and twice in a row after deleting 3 files the game was terminated, after the second time got the warning popup from TM that they "helped" keep me safe from ransomware attack.

All fine now I've whitelisted the .exe, but something to note that maybe other antivirus software might also trigger a false positive for.
