Undiscovered Location bug

this is a bug that the Undiscovered Location never been discovered where a wowan laying down and the monitor said ''take coolant from bathroom''. I found the coolant but couldn't take it because this location isn't discovered yet. Normally when I stay close any undiscovered location, I receive a call, talk a little and the location is automatically discovered. Please fix this bug and I can finish my Platinum on PS.

I posted a similar bug, my Undiscovered Location wouldn't trigger, Regina won't give me a call and I cannot complete that quest.

As I was exploring, I decided to take a look at what's around me, so I opened my map and saw an "Undiscovered Location" mark, I went over and usually, Regina will call me and give me a quest and the yellow "?" mark goes away and I continue on with the quest. However, not this time, the "?"...
