why does the cpu temps gets higher on windows 11 but lower on win 10 ?

hello there, i recently decided to make the transition from win 10 pro to win 11 pro, with a fresh installation from scratch (format and all)
and as i soon as i got my game setup, decided to give it a go and see how it would perform on win 11, and while it looks like it does perform more fluid or at least it feels like that, i noticed that the cpu temps got more higher than used to do in win 10.

¿anyone else experiencing the same situation? if so, any solutions?

my system:
ryzen 7800x3d
rtx 4070
32 gb ram ddr5
nvme drive
win 11 pro

Well, overall Win 11 is supposed to be a lot more cpu hungry than Win 10 was, so that wouldn't be a huge surprise to me.

The Win 11 CPU Shedeuler works more efficiently with modern CPUs, which in turn results in a higher temperature because the CPU is used more efficiently than is the case under Win 10.
