2.12 Bug - Bob is missing from campfire plus night sky is cloudy during "With a Little Help from my Friends"

At the start, Bob is basically positioned wrong before suddenly teleporting in.

Have submitted a ticket. Been this way since at least 2.1

Clean 2.12 install, currently doing a fresh 2.12 test run.

I had a different problem in this mission. My campfire disappeared. I tried saving, quickloading, and even restarting the game. No fire to be seen. So weird.
