Auto-centered Camera - Drive Vehicle

I've looked through the settings and the various controls and I can't find anything that turns off the forced centring of the camera while in the car.

Reminds me of Watch Dogs 2 where there was absolutely no ability to turn off this forced camera view.

I prefer a more 'free cam' control.

Any help is welcome

I haven't found a way yet. Just keep wiggling your mouse I guess... A bit of an oversight.

God, this irritates me too. I dont want to look over the top of the car . I want more top-down. Not full top-down, but more than what defaults.
