[BUG] 1.31 - HUD->Can't turn of center dot

The center dot on the screen that is supposed to help against nausea can't be turned off.
I didn't have it turned on at first, but something triggered it to turn on.
Checking options shows it as off.
Turning it on/off don't help.
Restarting the game don't help.

If you are referring to the crosshair setting, there's a mod dealing with that issue:

Dot No More and - no Sticky Crosshair - no sticky Subtitles - no sticky Progress Bar - no Shard sticky hum

This is a CET mod to get rid of the irritating sticky UI elements issues: the Center Dot, the Crosshair, the Subtitles, the Progress Bar and the Shard hum
