BUG: Guns not collecting properly

Myself and two friends have experienced this situation.

Go into a major firefight with lots of enemies. Kill enemies. Collect weapons. After collecting only 1 of each weapon is in our inventory. Specifically we all noticed this during the mission with Jackie in the tower.

Most of the guns had the 'Broken' status, and looted as crafting components, 99.99% certainly. Dozens of posts about it here.

I have yet to see a ' broken' weapon.
