Bug in "The Beast in Me - Final Race"

It wants me to approach Claire and she's standing in the road. However, approaching her doesn't start anything. I can no long call my vehicle. I told her to use my car. I also can't use any quick travel.

I have the same problem. Talk to Claire, but she's the only one on the road and there are no cars.

Have you tried to go back to the save from before you call Claire, and tell her to use the Beast instead? Am asking because I never experience any issues with the Beast races, but I do always choose the Beast.

Unfortunately, this was not possible because there was no savegame left. Now the quest "The beast in me" is still available, but Claire is no longer on the street. When I meet her in the Afterlife, she is angry with me. How can I get the last race back?
