I finished the quest Gig: Dazed and Confused and choosing to convince tool he’s a member of the FIA, Lina Malina will text you saying she left another gift for you in the basement at the Brainporium in Dogtown.
I was in the basement of the Brainporium in Dogtown when I completed the quest and got the text, alas nothing spawned there, no t-shirt based on the guides.
Not sure of the reason. But it seems to be a bug. I hope it's fixed in the next patch. It's hard to be a completionist when this game doesn't spawn the rewards correctly.
