Small bug. My character has the purple Ping quick hack crafting spec and it looks like it did not get updated with the patch (see pic 1). So It generates quick hacks that can be slotted in the inventory cyberware mods page but in the player's available quick hack hud is not available. Looking at the vendors they do have the updated crafting spec (see pic 2).
