[Bug] Small Man, Big Evil Watson

I've completed the other gigs for Regina but the Small Man, Big Evil won't start and I understand that is also tied to Fixer, Merc, Soldier, Spy. I am on the 1.05 version of the game. Character 28 level almost Street Cred 50.

Edit: After I exited the game due to a crash and came back, both gigs were present.
