i have a bug in a NCPD mission on the place FOODSCAPE in Watson (Little China) …. All the place is clear but the mission is not validated.

You can also reload a save before starting this NCPD Scanner Hustles.
If you don't have a previous save, I'm afraid that there is nothing that you can really do by your own (above all on console). So you can send a ticket to the support.
