Camera TPP while driving

I've tested several settings but must have missed something:
While driving I'd like to have the camera high up behind the car. That worked for a few seconds but then the camera moves behind the car and I have to manullay move it back with the mouse.
Is there any way to lock the camera or avoid the auto change of it's position?

I use 10 sec delay. Check settings...

Thanks Mika_67, it's much better now. Not optimum as the camera takes a moment to reposition itself after a sharp turn but nontheless much better.

Rear view mirrors would be nice. No matter what your camera distance or angle is those mirrors could always be visible at bottom corners of screen.

One detail has always disturbed be. You can not accelerate motorcycle and shoot at same time using right hand.
