can not continue the game

Guys I'm new here, and I post this because while palying DLC with my laptop, I can not continue the task called "one day of new soldier" (I'm not sure if it's the correct name i played the game in another language), I was in the middle of the task, it showed kill all enermies, I did, but after that nothing else happen, every characters just stand there doing nothing, and there is nothing I can do, I tried to restart the game, restart the laptop, I updated the game and Nvidia, still not working.
Anyone knows what I should do in this situation? Or where I can send feedback to CDPR? I tried the support page but there is no place to send feedback.
My laptop is kinda old, but it fits the bare minimum requirement for running the game I think, win10 system, i7 processor, 8G RAM, 64bit operating system, GTX1060.
Hope anyone could help me with this

Did you try to reload a previous save?
Did you use or used mods?

Or where I can send feedback to CDPR? I tried the support page but there is no place to send feedback.

Anyway, I recommend to directly contact the support here ("contact us" button).
You can also change the language at the bottom of the page if you want
