I just did a fresh install of the game and when I load the client you can't click
the button to load mods. Then there is some log error with nothing on it when I check.
I even reinstalled the game again on a different drive and still get the same result.
I noticed it's also not creating a mod folder during the install like it's supposed to.
My bad. It didn't have the red tool installed so couldn't load mods without it.
Sorry, had to re-install windows so totally forgot about that one little thing.
