Cyberpunk shimering and grainy textures

Hey, i've been playing the game and somehow have this issue and can't solve it. Tried every different graphic setting and nothing seems to solve it. This screenshots and videos are with upscaling deactivated.

Hair also looks really pixelated but when i zoom in really close it looks fine.
My pc spces are:
Ryzen 55600X
32GB ram
RX6600 XT
