So after ignoring the quest and connecting to the car during another blue objective , when i came back the area just stays yellow but no delamain call me , the location of the car isnt revealed and i can't find it anywhere .

Had the exact same issue. I fixed it by:
-Going to a joytoy, in my case the female one, and then after that the delamain quest worked again.

Hopefully it works for you.
