So the description says 'lets you leap toward an enemy' but im not sure how to trigger it...is it from holstered or a charged attack?
I could be wrong, but I think it's related to the perk in Reflex (Flash And Thunderclap) which allow you to leap on enemies while performing a string attack. It's just point out this weapon is "compatible" like all katanas. So if you don't have this perk, you can't do it.
