Gig "Playing For Keeps" Bug

I'm about 80 hours in, working on the 100% completion, and I have this last gig I have to complete. I had the gig unlocked but I hadn't had the focus to complete it till now. I can't track it from the journal screen, no marker on my map whatsoever for it, and I had to find the location on my own only to be met by no quest step or enemies and with a door I cant open. What is going on?
