Gig Until Death Do Us Part, cannot enter offices

Hello,
I am on the ps5 version and encountering the problem that in the gig „Until death do us part“ I find it impossible to enter offices.
After exiting the elevator there are 3 ways to get in:
1. double door to the left, requires 20 tech
2. a bit further through the open window there is a shuttered window, requires 15 body
3. On the roof the trap door requires 20 body.

i have 9 body and 9 tech. is there no „regular“ way to get in?
this means the game allows this gig only for progressed characters. I have invested in int and cool so now I am forced to invest in body or tech but maybe I don’t want that.
It feels like those requirements have leveled up with me (now level 47) because I find other resources on the internet that claim the door requires only 6 tech.

please address this issue or let me know if I have overlooked something.

Yes, there is
There is a little hole outside to sneak in.

On the "balcony", bottom floor, the opposite side from the jacuzzi, below the stairs. Obviously you will have to be careful because of the flying bot patrolling outside.
