Hi Folks!! For some reason the game doesn't recognize that I have scanned a Tarot card for the quest "Tomorow Never Knows". It would be the 4th card which would complete my search. It is the card on the top floor of an apartment building that you must use an elevator to get to it. The still indicates I need to scan it I hope this can be fixed. Thanks!
In general, I would recommend loading a previous save game and do it again.
Usually if something like that doesn't trigger as it should, it's not a general issue but is caused by a certain order of actions, a modified game and things like that.
Still, if you are not using any mods you can report the issue here:

If CDPR support can replicate the issue, who know, maybe they can fix it. That being said, nobody knows if and when another update is planned.
