If that info doesn't work, you can send a ticket to CDPR support (Click on "Contact Us" and send them your save game).
If you are on console, on the same website you'll find this article for console too. However, in that case, it would definitely be a good idea, to provide them with a screenshot or maybe a link to a video with that issue. Otherwise, it can be a bit difficult to fully understand the problem.
