How Do I Upload a video file to this forum?

I've tried uploading a video clip but the file size is too large, any suggestions as to what format is accepted by this forum?

I don't know if it's possible to upload video on forum (it would take such big server to host videos. For a "simple" forum, i don't think it's the case).
The best, i think :
Create Youtube channel, upload the video on Youtube and copy/past the video's link in the forum

Yes, this is the simplest solution.

Unfortunately, the Forums weren't set up for directly uploading videos.
