Iconic Weapons /Clothing cannot be stored, removed !

Many of the Breathtaking achievement items, such as Johnny's aviators, are considered quest item with a (!) on them.
But for the clothings, which can be upgraded, will NOT consume the lower tier version when crafted, which results in u can craft multiple of them.

While this may not have been a big issue^, the problem is that they are quest item, which cannot be removed or disassembled, resulting in multiple unremovable items in the inventory.

Following issue, i crafted 3 legendary aviators to get one with 2 slots, i cannot remove the old ones or disasemble them ! , the stash dosent take them, dropping dosent work, dissasembly dosent work, same for some iconic weapons i crafted to legendary .. now i have duplicates taking up weight i cant store or get rid of ...
