Optional toggle (ON/OFF) under difficulty choice.
Gives all enemies in the game 2-4-6-8 (depending on difficulty) player perks and cyberware at random.
Example: Normal difficulty fight Vs 3 enemies. One might have second heart (revive on death), Crit chance (frontal cortex), Skeleton +20% HP and cataresist for extra resists for implants. While also having pistol crit chance, health regen in combat perk, 10% armor perk, Tech weapon up to 11 perk.
It would help with making the game a more fun and immersive challenge. If enemies had random player-available perks and cyberware randomly given to them. It would make encounters less deterministic, more varied, and more immersive as cyber implants and perks is something enemies also have. Could limit them to only include cyberware or implants with direct gameplay impact (so don't include for example out of combat perks or implants like epic crafting etc). Though just allowing everything would be fun too. As some enemies may then be drastically affected for the negative or positive (in their strength Vs the player).
Not a dev/programmer. So not sure how hard this would be to code in. But if it's not heavy on dev time I think this would really improve the gameplay.
