I can't tell if it's a bug in itself but no matter what settings I choose - low or ultra ray tracing - it's impossible for me to crack 34 FPS (inside). It gets even worse outside where I can't get anything better than 27 and about 18 while I'm driving. I've got a 2070 with 16gb of 3000Mhz RAM and a ryzen 2200g. I know my CPU is a little underpowered, but it shouldn't be limiting me to 30 fps, every other game I have that's intensive like Shadow of the Tomb raider, runs so much better even with RTX on. Any ideas or fixes that are coming soon for issues like this? Websites quote around 90Fps with a 2070.
