Is There A Dungeon At The Eurodyne Residence?-- It looks like there is an elevator down but doesn't do anything.

I think it would be cool to have a BD recording studio down there that players can use to make BDs that other players can view when the game goes MP.

There are a LOT of locked doors and unusable elevators EVERYWHERE in the game. It's likely they're there so it's easy to expand on locations for new DLC's, or just to add to the immersion. It would be strangely if there were no doors in the city at all unless they had quests connected.
