Isn't Karl in enough franchises? Star Wars, Star Trek, Lord of the Rings, Xena Warrior Princess, Mortal Kombat, Riddick, Marvel.

I'm not opposed to the idea, but he really is in everything.

Pondsmith retains control over the character Morgan Blackhand, and he see's him as George Clooney.
While he's retired, it's not out of the question that he could take up the role if it were truly enticing.

CDPR would need to practically write out the entire script and screenplay beforehand though - that's not a gamble I imagine them talking as we're talking about a lot of content banking on one character and having to scrap it if he says no.
