I do not know how many players have come across this bug but I would like to know if those who have met have managed to solve it, somehow. For me until now the quest has stopped to call Mr. Hands (possibly at the beginning of it) just as a surprise, it does not answer the phone. I started searching the net and found that I have to wait and I waited until I ran out of secondary quests on the map. After some searches I came across a guy who shows some solutions ((2638) HOW TO PURSUE OTHER LEADS UNTIL MR. HANDS CALLS BACK IN CYBERPUNK 2077 - MR. HANDS BUG / GLITCH - YouTube solutions shown by him) only that nothing went unfortunately. I'm sorry, actually, that after this whole thing is fixed, I'm going to go through the story like cheese and I'm going to be really sorry. If anyone has any solutions that would have helped I'd be very grateful to share them with us. A wonderful day to all
