Some light sources seem to cause shadow flickering. This is especially noticeable on NPCs at night, happens also during the day though. In almost every cutscene or dialogue scene, when other characters get close to V, I can see heavy shadow flickering on them.
I think only once happened with enviroment shadows, during the final Judy quest. It completely ruined the quest for me...shadows flickering everywhere, like a strobe effect.
I've only read complaints about flickering RT shadows, but I have a GTX 970 so obviously I can't enable RTX.
