Performance still shocking

The game runs horribly at 4k with Ray Tracing enabled, if you don't have DLSS enabled to ultra performance. I have the RTX 3070 and can't barely lock on steady 60 FPS.

Since you are on an Asus board with AMD, so then XMP should be called D.O.C.P.
