Photomode bugged

I got this really annoying problem in photomode of fluctuating light. Mostly the global lightning goes dimmer and dimmer at random. And sometimes light goes back to normal or near normal brightness also at random. But mostly the light fluctuates between dark and very dark.
Been playing with RT and HDR settings but noting seems to work. Any ideas, or is this yet another bug that evaded getting squashed?

I´m using a RTX 3080 and RT settings (DLSS balanced).

It's a bug that's been around since the game was released. At this point, I have no hope it's ever getting taken care of.
